No: No. Only biopsy can tell you definitively whether that is metastatic disease or amyloidosis.

Probably: These are very different settings, and imaging could help clarify the diagnosis. With dialysis and kidney failure other things would also have to be considered. Your physician would work with the radiologist to help decide the best way to test for this.
