What works for bone cancer besides percocet and percodan (oxycodone and aspirin) every 3 hours?

Bone pain: If the Percocet works, then Oxycontin or MS Contin (morphine) would probably be decent choices. The dosing for these meds is every 8-12 hours and you can use a different medication for breakthrough pain.Other meds like steroids and NSAIDs may help. Localized radiation may help.Depends on type of cancer.Getting cancer under control is most impt regarding both health AND pain relief.

You may wish: to consult with a pain specialist. Acupuncture may be useful (but can't be done while narcotics are on board).
