Different: Percodan is oxycodone combined with aspirin. Percocet is oxycoidone combined with tylenol (acetaminophen). Which is better completely depends on your comorbidities.

There is no hydrocodone but Oxycodone,Pecocet comes in different cmbinations of oxycodone and acetamanophen,percodan with aspirin
