What is laser skin resurfacing? how does it work?

Builds collagen: Light energy is directed at the skin to produce vaporization of skin layers resulting in heat dissemination through the dermis. This injury stimulates new collagen formation as well as remodeling of your old collagen. Net result is smoother skin with less wrinkles and less sun damage. Laser skin resurfacing is one of the most effective treatments but must be performed by an experienced surgeon.

Yes: It removes superficial abnormalites by vaporizing them. It will not get rid of hanging skin.

Mostly it: works by blowing up the skin cells by taking them to a really high temperature and destroying them creating a burn
