A member asked:

What vitamins and foods should someone with ms avoid?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not much: I would avoid very HIGH doses of vitamin B6 (which is true whether you have MS or not.) I WOULD use at least 2000 units of vitamin D per day, as long as your doctor doesn't see any reason not to. Eat a healthy diet...nothing specific.
