Lithium Toxicity or: Since the average dose is 900mg to 1500mg, taking 3000mg will undoutedly result in lithium toxicity, which is characterized by some nasty characteristics or side effects. Depending on how your body meyabolizes will define whether it is a lethal dose or whether your kidneys will be damagedpossibly requiring dialysis. Too high of a dose can lead to a coma.
