Can lithium carbonate cause a parkinson's favoring to one side and by ceasing the medication will it go away?

Lithium induced : Tremors are usually seen in outstretched fingers and is not usually limited to one side. They go away sometimes with reduction in dosage or discontinuation if the medication.
