How does nystatin-triamcinolone treat phimosis?

Phimosis may respond: to the triamcinolone component of cream. Nystatin will do nothing for phimosis other than treat ant candida or yeast infection which is present. You may well require circumcision if phimosis does not respond to steroid cream applications.
