Loosen foreskin: Triamcinolone is a steroid cream or ointment may induce loosening of foreskin, provided it isn't scarred. Works for some men & would allow foreskin to retract over glans. Nystatin is a topical antibiotic used for skin infections. Circumcision is certainly more effective.

Phimosis may respond: to the triamcinolone component of cream. Nystatin will do nothing for phimosis other than treat ant candida or yeast infection which is present. You may well require circumcision if phimosis does not respond to steroid cream applications.
