It has a wide range: Best to know what your normal range is upon measurement at the eye doctor, and that your optic nerve is looking healthy. That's a better indicator. So although intraocular pressures of 12 to 22 would be considered normal, there are normotensive and low tension glaucoma which can occur at normal low pressures and still cause eye disease.
