Overall good health: Talk to your OBGYN for specific suggestions for your body. Many can find some relief but many still have some symptoms. They can change over time or situations. Women who've not given birth can change if they do. Good diet, exercise, rest can help some. Good luck!

See GYN if severe.: Pms tx: nsaid’s, ssri’s, hormone meds, otc meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise ; acupuncture are excellent for pms. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol ; salt. Get gyn eval to r/o underlying pathology. Consider omega- 3 fatty acids, magnesium (supplementation or through diet) or black cohosh with dr ok. Sipping chamomile can dissipate pain.
