Whenever you want: You can have a child whenever you want but your modality of delivery may be limited to a repeat C/section. Because of the scarring from the previous surgeries and very few OB MD's are willing to do VBAC(vaginal birth after C/section) these days due to the risk of uterine rupture your choices will be limited.

Possibly: Whether you can deliver a baby vaginally or not depends a lot upon the reason(s) that you had C-sections with your 2 kids; and the surgical procedure used in performing the C-sections. Vaginal delivery after C-section is fairly common. I have certainly delivered a baby naturally to a woman who had had 2 prior C-sections, both mother and baby did very well.
