It's a long list!: There are about 70 known carcinogens - cancer causing chemicals - in tobacco. You can find the list at http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/factsheet/Tobacco/cessation There are combinations of things that people get exposed to that cause bodily harm. Alcohol and tobacco are known causes of head & neck cancer. There's just no safe level of tobacco, period.
