See a dentist: for evaluation, diagnosis, x-rays and treatment options. If you are in pain from a broken tooth, you may want to take an NSAID or Tylenol (acetaminophen) OTC for pain relieve.

Depends: Depends on the severity of the fracture. Broken tooth can be repaired with a filling or crown. If the tooth is broken badly it may need to be pulled out.
