Maybe nothing: There are no medications for HIV, only treatments to help clear up warts, dysplasia of the cervix or anus, or other lesions caused by HPV. But nothing actually clears the virus; the immune system usually does that over time. So if you have warts or an abnormal pap smear, follow your doctor's treatment advice. Otherwise, there is no treatment.
