It could just be: A normal foot may have either the first, second, and rarely the third toe as being the longest. If the toe is much shorter, there could be a medical, genetic, or traumatic origin. If you do not have pain, or difficulty wearing shoes it just might mean nothing, If you do experience these things, please do consult with a podiatrist.
