Plant based foods: Healthy foods include ample amounts of plant based foods like grains, veggies and fruits. Low fat dairy is useful as a source of proteins. Avoid animal fats and use red meat sparingly if at all. eggs and nuts are a good source of proteins, so have a handful of them(almonds and wallnuts) daily. keep your weight under control and exercise daily to help you maintain a healthy weight.
