Spoilage / fungi: The worst is fungal aflatoxin in the food that the poor must eat in much of africa, causing 100000s of cases of liver cancer. Stomach cancer, probably food-related, dropped by 80% when refrigeration and preservatives were introduced. There is a lot of obvious lies about food causing cancer; no real scientist that i know believes the gmo food scare.
