what are the chances of surviving a bout with neurosarcoidosis?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Paul Garrett
40 years experience Radiology
Stats are limited: In one study: "Twenty-seven patients with neurosarcoidosis followed for at least 5 years" nobody died. http://www.neurology.org/content/57/5/927.short Another article: "Long-term clinical outcome of neurosarcoidosis has not been thoroughly evaluated. The low prevalence of the disease makes large, long-term follow-up studies difficult."
