How do you cure charcot's joint?

No cure: There is no cure for Charcot's joint. The joint needs to be stabilized. Charcot reconstruction is indicated when instability occurs.

You don't : a Charcot foot is a recurrent risk. It can be realigned if it is inactive but surgical intervention is to provide a better walking platform, not to cure or beautify.
