A member asked:

What is the charcot marie tooth and how can you cope with the chronic pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neuropathy: Autosomal recessive inherited neuropathy that causes wasting and weakness mainly in the feet and legs later on in the hands without sensory changes causes little disability and is associated with a normal life expectancy. Some doctors prescribed Neurontin (gabapentin) or Gabapentin for neuropathies but i'm not sure if they prescribe that for this condition.
