Any advice on finding a good dr? our healthcare system is only good if you are acutely ill or have simple/easy to diagnosis issue, otherwise waste of $$$$

Sometimes you can see docs out of network affordably and then if you need specialist care, use docs in the network that your own doc respects. Also, there are some good doctors in every system.
