What did she check?: It is good that she found nothing physically wrong with you. Did she check for anemia, and for problems with your thyroid? If routine screening blood work to rule out possible metabolic causes of psych, symptoms is normal, then you are likely okay physically. See a good psychologist and/or psychiatrist. If they think there may be other physical causes, they'll check or refer.

Need time with doc: Make a list of all your symptoms so you can discuss each and every one. Warn the doc when you make this appt so they can set aside time, maybe at the end of the day. You may need referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist. If you feel that your doc does not explain to your satisfaction, consult the relevant specialist(s).

Trust your docttor: If your medical doctor tells you that you have no apparent physical cause for your symptoms, the next best answer is that you are symtomatic due to anxiety or depression. It is really amazing how intense the symptoms can feel in the body...strong enough to send people to the Emergency Room on a regular basis. Try some relaxation, meditation, excercise, psychotherapy, enjoyable activities...

Therapy?: Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as anxiety or depression is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.

Likely anxiety: 'If you have been cleared medically ,it is likely anxiety . You can always get a second medical opinion but if the findings are the same, it is essential that you seek help for your anxiety rather than for medical issues. It can be treated effectively with therapy, medicine, or both. Meditation can help you relax and shift focus away from your worries.

Anxiety: Your question got cut off but I think you mean to say your Doctor said your health is fine but you still have physical symptoms of anxiety. So the next step is to consult with a Clinical Psychologist to help you with your symptoms. In addition to Psychotherapy medication may be useful to bring additional relief.
