No: Unless you go sweat and its like 10 degrees out side. Going through temperature extremes can produce stress on the body and make it more likely that you can become ill later on. You can also get frost bite. Listen to your mom. Dress appropriately and don't get frostbite or lower your immune system through stress. Also clean up your room without being told to do so (for many reasons )
