A member asked:

I was diagnosed with hydrosaphinx 2 years ago. since then the fluid has gone from my tubes but i have not fallen pregnant. can tubes repair themselvs?

Fallopian Tubes: If your fallopian tubes were damaged in the past, that caused the hydrosalpinx. Although it isn't visible on ultrasound now, it doesn't go away without surgery so that may be the reason you haven't gotten pregnant. You can still get pregnant with ivf because it bypasses the fallopian tube and the embryos are placed directly into the uterus
