Headache: we don't know anything about you not even your age let alone medical conditions to respond to you. How do you know it's a migraine? Do you have a history? Is a neurologist following you? If so avoid triggers and if it persists contact your doctor.

Headache: Besides migraine, your headache may not be due to migraine, but instead to things like high BP or sensitivity to aspartame. However, certain foods containing tyramine, (i.e.,blue cheese, sour cream), & also foods like chocolate, cured meats, chicken liver, bananas, citrus fruits, and foods containing additives can cause migraine. If no better with OTC pain med, then see your primary clinician
