I hope so: The sertraline is an SSRI and may take several weeks to start helping, so stick with it. The SSRI class have proven very effective over the years and are not addicting as the clonazepam is. Be sure to take your medication as Prescribed by your Doctor and follow-up appropriately.

Of course: When two or more drugs are taken simultaneously, they may interact with one another to produce an additive or synergistic effect. Plus, sertraline does not affect the pharmacokinetics or pharmacodynamics of clonazepam.
