Small itchy bumps: Are they vertically parallel or horizontally. If horizontally consider eczema, bed bugs, poison oak/ivy depending on location .usually consider antihistamines and or steroid creams or oral steroids ,if they get red/tender may need antibiotics . if vertical also consider scabies and may need elmite as well.
