Could be of concern!: Good morning, non-itchy, scattered red dots are more of a concern that the pruritic type. Conditions such as purpura, a blood disorder of different type, even though unusual need to be ruled out. Cutaneous vasculitis (immune disorder of blood vessels), again scarce, or blood vessel diseases of unknown cause, or platelet dysfunctions are of serious nature. If the rash persists, see your doctor.
