Stool softners: If you need softer stool start with drinking fluid 2-3 liters a day alternating water with juices. gatorade. Add fiber to diet: brown rice,barley, oats,lentils, kale,stawberries,avocados. Some people take psyillium or Metamucil , I would use dietary modification at your age .You do not want to become dependent on other supplements this early on. Also check thyroid and for DM. f/u with doc
