Can i take aleve, (naproxen) if i have already taken nyquil about 4 or 5 hours ago?

Yes: NyQuil contains acetaminophen (Tylenol) for pain and/or fever, in addition to a cough suppressant and antihistamine. It is safe to take Aleve (naproxen) and NyQuil during the same time period. Yes: If you take baby aspirin to prevent blood clots, you must wait at least 30 minutes after aspirin before taking Aleve (naproxen).
