None.: It you want to drink, don't breastfeed. The baby is affected. We do not know the effects of small amounts of alcohol daily, so nobody can say whether or not it is safe Why take a chance? And why alter the baby's mind/body with alcohol? This will not be the first sacrifice you have made to be a good mom. It is one of the simplest. If you cannot be happy without alcohol, don't breastfeed.
