Time For A Joint!!: Well, yes and no (haha). Depends on how you do it and, especially, how conscientious your yoga instructor is. Yoga is a great way to stay limber, but you already are, I take it. It's also great to focus the mind, if you let it.And it could be a way to strengthen the muscles and tendons around your joints. Find a good instructor and talk it over with him or her and read-up on it. Knowledge is power
