Uncommon: Sometimes, women feel an incision will "itch" after a c-section. As long as there aren't any signs of redness or swelling around the incision, it usually just means that the incision is healing. In your case, it is uncommon for it to itch so many years after surgery. Speak to your physician and have it examined.
