Hip pain: Inflammation of joints and "Closed spaces" can often cause some pressure on associated vessels, and in your case the artery in the joint that you most likely can feel pulsing now with the change in pressure due to inflammation. How old are you: age is very relevant for this kind of complain if you are sixty it could be an aneurysm in femoral artery if you are twenty or thirty you could have a hernis if you are fourty or fifty could be arthritis as you can see it is hard to norrow it down with little information that we have go and see a doctor that can examine you,either assure you,or treat you good luck thank you for using health tap
