Probably not: A late period on occasion is normal. Keep trying with unprotected sex mid cycle, as you ovulate 2 weeks before your period (usually mid-cycle) and are most fertile at that time. If, after 1 year, you still can not get pregnant-see a fertility specialist - both you and your partner. Best wishes.

Unlikely: check pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant. Otherwise variations in periods can occur. If you have no success in getting pregnant despite trying for a year, I would recommend seeking assistant with an IVF doc. Goodluck
