No: Black cohosh is an herbal supplement with some estrogen-like properties. It is not good for cycle regulation. The real question is, why are your cycles so far apart. Normal is defined as 35 days or less. You need evaluation by an obgyn to determine if you have pcos, hormone imbalances, or an ovulation disorder. Please seek a specialist and not herbs. Your problem might be easily fixed.
