U need to see ur MD: You have anemia. The details u provided is not enough to point out a particular cause. Values like MCV, MCH, other cell lines status..etc are important in making the diagnosis. There are multiple causes of anemia, which one way of broadly classified them as less production or more distraction. Iron and vit B diff are just a couple of many other causes on the less production side. I hope this helps

Many possibilities: There is a huge number of possible causes. You could have diminished production of RBCs, as in hypothyroidism or myelodysplasia, blood loss as in bleeding before iron deficiency has occurred, or destruction of RBCs (hemolysis). See a hematologist.
