Do U have LB Pain as: well, as your statement seems incomplete? I feel you should do stretching exercises strengthening exercises of your back and Hip muscles. You shouldn't have any problems with Saddle chairs, in my opinion. I believe the stretchings would help in relieving you Piriformis tightness as well. Good Luck.
