Monoclonal gammopath: According to mayo clinic were the diease was discovered. No treatment is required for people diagnosed with monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (mgus).
About 20 percent of people with mgus develop a more serious condition, such as multiple myeloma or other cancers or blood disorders. Therefore, careful observation and follow-up are important.

Immoglobulin finding: If a person has an unusually large number of antibodies, but not a single one in great excess, we speak of a polyclonal gammopathy; it's never a specific finding. An abundance of a single antibody is a monoclonal antibody "spike" that is quite common but may indicate or precede (often by decades) plasma cell "multiple" myeloma.
