That's tough.: This is a classic "chicken and egg" situation. Anxiety can cause poor sleep and physical discomfort. And the opposite is also true. If you feel sick frequently and your nerves are frazzled because you say, are taking care of one baby while you are pregnant with another or any situation where you feel run down and aren't getting enough rest, can cause anxiety. Sometimes an outside opinion can help.

Anxiety: It is the old question of what came first the chicken or the egg. Is anxiety disturbing your sleep or is your lack of sleep causing anxiety.. try turning off all electronic devices an hour before bedtime. Listen to soft music, take a warm bath and drink a glass of warm milk. Also try getting to bed at the same time every night
