Abdominal pain: Sharp, right-sided abdominal pain can be caused by several things. The first that comes to mind is the gallbladder. Other organs on the right side include the liver, head of the pancreas, beginning of the small intestine. Please see your doctor if the pain continues. Consider ER if you also develop fever, vomiting, and worsening pain.
