I'm 3 weeks into accutane and ive broke out in 4 cystic pimples on forehead and also a couple of pustules on cheeks and cheek is this normal?

Can be normal: Within the first month of starting Accutane you can have flare up, which is why sometimes doctors will prescribe a lower dose than your "goal" dose for the first month to limit the initial "flare ups". If you are concerned, review this with your dermatologist. Best of luck, but remember, you have to give medications time to work.
