Depends: How Severe?: Minor Epinephrine intravascularly can cause symptoms such as racing heart, palpitations, anxiety feeling which should only require supportive help until the epi is metabolized. Epi intraarterially (can cause constriction and necrosis) needs to be reversed immediately with phentolamine.
