Body types are: largely genetic, although you can enhance it with proper diet and exercise. Weightlifting is a good way to add muscle after puberty. You MUST ask a professional trainer to show you correct lifting form. You will not see results immediately. Changing your body takes hard work and dedication, week after week. Review your progress and take a picture once a month, not every day. Stay motivated!
