Recently my bp fell from 160/80 to 120/60 with severe jerking after stopped taking hyzaar (losartan and hydrocholorthiazide). bp still low with arrhythmia. should i start retaking it?

Current BP : If your current blood pressure without medication is 120/60 you may not need to be on blood pressure medications, especially a combination one. It may be beneficial to be on a medication such as losartan if you are a diabetic though. Recommend reviewing your BP readings and meds with your doctor before stopping or restarting.
