It could be a bone: prominence (usually benign) or could be a cyst or tumor. Go see your Dr for reassurance and a definitive diagnosis. Take care!

Need more info: was there trauma? Is it on the top of your wrist or the palm surface? How long has it been like that and did it happen all of a sudden or over time? Could be a synovial cyst. If it hurts bad go to the emergency room. Either way it sounds like you should be seen
