It is not normal: to be hungry all the time. Whether this is related to the mini pill or not is another question. Weight gain is a potential side effect of the mini pill. Are you noticing any weight gain due to being hungry all the time? You may need to weigh the potential risk of weight gain against the potential benefit of the mini pill (how much the cyst is bothering you, the cyst itself is not dangerous).
