Hard to says: A 4 months old stool can be green, yellow and seedy. Not too sure what the white stuff is unless seen in real life. I would suggest a visit with your doctor to confirm these findings. Provided the baby is just breast fed, and no other symptoms are present this can be followed up with your doctor at the next appointment.
