Get checked: Severe cramping can be a result of intestinal causes or uterus causes. If pain is this severe perhaps an exam by a doctor is indicated in person. This way proper testing and medication can be prescribed. Please see your doctor as soon as possible or go to the emergency room if your pain is this severe.
